Voices for Thompsonville is a grassroots organization charged with changing the perception of Thompsonville while improving the quality of life for its residents.
VFT was founded in June 2008 by Thompsonville resident and business owner, Kelly Hemmeler and State Representative Kathy Tallarita (D-Enfield). Sue Read then joined the effort and expanded the groups charge to include homeowners and renters. With four elected positions, three members and two advisors, the Board is a cohesive team of passionate individuals who have a vested interest in Thompsonville’s revitalization.

- Working with potential investors and developers
- Partnering with the Town of Enfield staff and Council
- Sponsoring recreational Village events
- Hosting monthly forum’s in which residents and business owners can speak and be heard
Voices for Thompsonville has approximately 200 members and is increasing each month. We encourage you to join us as we are paving the way to revitalizing the Village.
