This summer, the Town of Enfield Department of Social Services is starting a Picnic in the Park Concert Series to benefit the Adult Day Center, Child Development Center, Family Resource Center, Dial-a-Ride, Neighborhood Services, Senior Center, Youth Services and the Mark Twain Congregate Living Meal Program.
